City Chic Online has a detailed Return Policy. There are two ways you can return your order: using free Happy Returns or Returning via Mail. For mail returns, a Returns Label fee of $7.95 is charged, which is automatically deducted from the amount owed to you for the items returned from your order.

For Returning Free via Happy Returns, you start your return by visiting the Happy Returns website. Enter your Order Number and Zip Code and click Start your return.
